Aaron Aldridge, LPCC
Operations Director

Aaron Aldridge joined International Sports Institute Academy at Olympic Valley in 2025 and stepped into the Director of Operations role in June. He brings more than twenty years of executive and director-level leadership in residential education and adolescent programs — growing enrollment, opening new programs, leading operational turnarounds, and building teams through periods of significant change. Aaron holds a Master of Counseling from the University of Phoenix.

At ISI, he oversees schoolwide operations, financial management, hiring, and family relations. Aaron believes strong leadership exists to serve students — that a well-run campus is what makes room for teachers to teach and students to find their footing. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, the Sierra outdoors, and any excuse to sit by the water.
