Jenn McMurry

Director of Admissions and Outreach

Jenn brings over two decades of leadership experience across schools and therapeutic programs, with a strong foundation in Human Resources and employee relations. Since 2002, she has served in key roles including Human Resources Director, Operations Director, and Director of Admissions and Marketing. Her work is centered on fostering healthy organizational cultures, supporting staff development, and ensuring thoughtful, people-centered practices across teams.

Known for her values-driven approach, Jenn leads with empathy, clear communication, mutual respect, and accountability. While she remains deeply committed to supporting students and families, her primary focus is strengthening the employee experience and building systems that help both staff and organizations thrive.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Jenn holds a background in business and maintains a lifelong curiosity about the natural world, with interests in geology, astronomy, physics, and horticulture. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up sunshine in the garden, and spending time with her two adult children, three dogs, and a lively flock of chickens.
