Nine-Month Traditional Boarding Student with no therapeutic support $70,000

Nine-Month Tuition includes:

• Educational services, room, board, meals,  standardized tests, science lab fees, music, and art fees.
• Athletics and activities, field trips, and the Palisades season ski pass.
• Local transportation, no-charge laundry machines, in-room refrigerators and personal safes, campus-wide Wi-Fi, student portraits, and yearbook, and formal dinners.
• English Language Development courses for enrolling students for whom English is their second language. 

Tuition Does Not Include:

Medical fees; SAT, ACT, AP Exams, and TOEFL fees; Academic Learning Center; personal equipment; athletic uniforms; school laptop & textbooks ($1000), photography equipment; and transportation to Reno-Tahoe Airport  (RNO) $200 per person one way; the international student health insurance monthly premium.

Nine-Month Boarding Student with Therapeutic Support $117,000

Nine-Month Tuition includes:

• All services and fees as a traditional boarding student
• Tuition can be broken into monthly payments of $13,000 per month.
• Individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, Psychiatric medication consultation, medication administration, parent consultation and updates, therapeutic coaching, individualized treatment plan and support
• Families will be provided with a monthly superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement, upon request

Academic Learning Support Center $10,000

The Academic Learning Center provides educational support to students at all skill levels. Services are available for subject-specific support, writing skills improvement, reading comprehension, test-taking strategies, time management, learning disabilities, and study skills. The Center also assists the student to facilitate peer or faculty tutoring, if needed.

Working with Insurance

Lake Tahoe Preparatory School recognizes the financial commitment of our tuition and therefore would like to help families seek relief whether through insurance reimbursement or through home school districts.

Although LTP does not accept insurance, pre-authorize treatment, or directly assist with insurance reimbursement efforts, some treatment expenses may be recovered. Families will be provided with a monthly superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement of therapeutic cost, upon request. 

Additionally,  LTP will work with families and their local school districts to obtain funding for schooling and therapeutic services. 

Tuition includes:

• Educational services, room & board, meals, textbooks, science lab fees and music/art fees.
• Athletics and activities.
• Local transportation, bed linens and one (1) bath towel, no-charge laundry machines, in-room refrigerators and personal safes, and campus-wide WiFi.

Tuition Does Not Include:

• Medical fees; and transportation to-from Reno-Tahoe Airport (RNO).
• Therapeutic Support (available for an additional $3000 per session)
